Order this box today and it will be delivered to your door within 24-48 hours. Our amazing wool packaging will keep your freshly frozen meat frozen so you can wedge it in the freezer upon arrival or leave it our for a weekend BBQ! Please note that for a weekend delivery you must order by Wednesday evening for dispatch on Thursday and delivery on Friday.

All our beef is from our own pedigree herd of Aberdeen Angus cattle, they have been selected for their eating quality, they are grass fed on the farm and the meat is dry aged for a minimum of 21 days to develop beef of the highest quality and finest flavour.

Our lamb is from our own flock of Jacob sheep grazed alongside the cattle and specifically chosen for their suitability to our farm, this environment and our farming methods, they have an exceptionally full flavour which is often described as slightly sweeter than commercial breeds, it is also leaner than most breeds and hence does not get too fatty which can often be a problem with lamb.

4 x 100% meat - Moroccan lamb merguez sausages (spicy)

1 x Hawkshead Relish - Black Ketchup

  • beef - roasting joints, diced and mince meat, sirloin steaks, rump steaks, fillet steak, flat iron steak, criollo sausages, kids GF beef burgers (packed with hidden veggies!) or short ribs
