Thank you for all your support over the summer.
We are currently closed until at least the 8th March 2021. We are hoping to be open again as soon as possible and we are busy preparing for the 2021 season.
Specific measures have been put in place to ensure we are adhering to all government guidelines. We would like to put your mind at rest and let you know that the farm will be regularly cleaned and disinfected. We will run through measures in detail with our guests either at check in or prior to arrival and will continue to adapt as guidance and protocols evolve. We ask all our guests to please be as understanding as possible and work with us to implement these changes as we adapt to these remarkable times we find ourselves in and constantly adjust to new ways of working. In order to ensure we are looking after our resident guests and providing the safest possible environment for both our staff and our residents all of our offerings will continue to be offered to residents only at the present time. We are busy working on being able to welcome non residents in some form during the 2021 season as soon as it is safe and legal to do so.
The same residents only policy will also apply to our bike and boat hire until at least April 2021 when this will be reviewed and hopefully extended to include all of our patrons.
With regards to cancellations, we are trying to be as flexible as possible and work with guests in the event of confirmed bookings having to be cancelled due to travel restrictions. Cancellations will be dealt with on a case by case basis and be dependant upon the circumstances of each case but in broad terms if there is a general lockdown or we at Bank Ground are covered by a lockdown and prevented from hosting guests then dates are transferable or full refunds can be offered. If travel restrictions are specific to guests then as long as we can relet we will offer to move dates or offer a refund. If we are allowed to be open but unable to relet cancelled dates then as a small business we are unable to bankroll all the risk and every possible scenario so standard terms and conditions will apply.
